Acceptance of the Terms

Geographic Restrictions

Our services are restricted in certain jurisdictions due to applicable laws and regulations. Users accessing our platform from these areas may have their accounts suspended or terminated. The following countries, territories, or regions are subject to restrictions: Afghanistan, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, United States (except for Nevada, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania with separate licensing), and any other country in the General Casino Information section below.

Account Registration Rules

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

Prohibited activities on Pai Gow include (but are not limited to): creating multiple accounts, participating in syndicates or groups that pool funds to manipulate results, engaging in collusive betting practices, using automated systems designed to influence outcomes, attempting to reverse transactions or game outcomes post-gameplay, tampering with game software, and any other manipulation of the service's integrity.

Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

Engaging in multi-accounting activities (having multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing accounts among individuals. Violating this policy will result in account termination without prior notice or warning.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

  • Bonuses are subject to terms specified in individual promotions.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawals can be processed for any winnings earned from promotional offers.
  • Terms of bonuses may change at our discretion; it's your responsibility to check for updates regularly.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

Bonus Abuse Prevention

If Pai Gow determines that a user has abused bonus terms, including but not limited to, using bonuses in conjunction with non-bonus related games, participating in syndicates or any other collusive practices, we reserve the right to cancel bonuses and remove accounts from promotional offers.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  • You can deposit funds via bank transfer or PayID for Australian players.
  • A minimum withdrawal amount may apply depending on your account status (refer to General Casino Information).
  • Processing of withdrawals will commence upon receipt of valid documentation as required by our verification procedures.
